Parker F11

The Parker F11 series fixed displacement motor is revered for its compact design and high performance across a range of applications. It operates on the principle of converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, providing powerful and reliable rotational force. The F11 series offers models such as F11-005, F11-006, F11-008, F11-010, F11-019, F11-150, and F11-250, each designed for specific displacement and torque requirements. These motors consist of a cylinder block, pistons, valve plate, and shaft, functioning together to deliver efficient and robust hydraulic power.
Displacement: The F11 pump uses a swash plate mechanism to vary the displacement of the pump. The swash plate is an inclined plane that controls the angle of the vanes, which in turn determines the amount of fluid displaced per revolution.
Rotation: As the pump’s shaft rotates, the vanes are carried around the cam ring and are forced outward by centrifugal force.
Pressurization: The vanes seal against the cam ring, creating a series of variable-volume chambers. As the chambers move from the inlet to the outlet side of the pump, they are pressurized.
Unloading: To prevent overpressurization, the pump may be equipped with an unloading valve that allows the fluid to bypass the outlet when the system pressure reaches a preset level.
Flow Control: The flow rate can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the swash plate, which changes the displacement of the pump.
Pressure Rated: The F11 series pumps are designed to handle high pressures, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications.
