An engine is a machine designed to convert one form of energy into mechanical energy. The most common type of engine found in vehicles is the internal combustion engine, which converts the energy released by the combustion of fuel into mechanical energy that can be used to power the vehicle’s wheels. This is done by burning a mixture of fuel and air in a cylinder, which creates a high-pressure gas that pushes a piston. The movement of the piston is converted into rotary motion by a crankshaft, which is then used to power the wheels of the vehicle through gears and a drivetrain. Engines can also be powered by electricity, steam or even human power.
Engine System
An engine system refers to all of the components and subsystems that work together to make an engine function properly. These include: Fuel system: responsible for delivering the correct amount of fuel to the engine at the right time. Ignition system: responsible for providing the spark that ignites the fuel-air mixture in the combustion chamber. Lubrication system: responsible for keeping the moving parts of the engine lubricated to reduce friction and wear. Cooling system: responsible for dissipating the heat generated by the engine to prevent overheating. Exhaust system: responsible for removing the exhaust gases from the engine. Air intake system: responsible for bringing the air necessary for combustion into the engine. Electrical system: responsible for providing the electrical power needed to operate the engine’s systems and accessories. Emission control system: responsible for reducing the amount of harmful pollutants released into the environment. All these systems work together to ensure the engine runs efficiently and reliably
Planned Engine Maintenance
By applying a planned engine maintenance program, you can minimize your costs, reduce breakdowns and revision times, and increase the second-hand sales price of your machine. Efficient operation of your engine throughout its life; With the regular maintenance program we will implement as a team, we can provide it by using our wide product and service options.
By analyzing fault signals, control results and SOS data, we can identify minor problems before they cause major damage and unscheduled revisions. Working together, we can increase engine efficiency, extend component life and minimize your operating costs.
Engine Overhaul
Your engine will need service even if you follow a regular maintenance program. In many engine problems, warning signals are hidden, giving the chance to repair before failure. Pre-failure repairs ensure that your machine is back on the job as soon as possible in accordance with your work schedule, with a cost as little as one-fifth of post-fault repairs. We offer you different economic alternatives after the breakdown.
Our professional technicians are trained to best interpret the condition of your engine and offer the lowest cost solutions. With our service using the latest innovations and excellent spare parts support, we ensure that your machine is at work longer in the fastest and most reliable way.
Upper Engine Overhaul
Top Engine Overhaul may be all it takes to restore power and efficiency to your engine. It consists of reconditioning the cylinder head assembly for machines where cylinder head elements wear faster than circlips, liners and bearings.
It can be executed inside the motor body.
It’s about 12-25% of the cost of a new engine.
Reconditioned cylinder heads are available for most engines.
Lower Engine Overhaul
This option includes refurbishment of main bearings and rod bearings. It is the ideal choice for situations where the wear on the circlip and liners is very low, and the wear on the bearings and bearings caused by normal use.
It can be done inside the engine body, except for a few machines.
It’s about 3-15% of the cost of a new engine.
Revision Packs can help you make your own repairs. All parts are packaged according to your specific engine model. The kits contain only original engine parts – making them a convenient and safe choice.
Engine Block Overhaul
For engines with both cylinder liner and cylinder bearing wear, you may want to consider an Engine Block Overhaul.
It’s about 30-50% of the cost of a new engine.
The crankshaft and/or cylinder block must not be damaged.
Complete Engine Overhaul
A Complete Engine Overhaul may be required for heavily worn engines or engines approaching a second overhaul.
Important components are repaired or replaced.
It’s about 40-70% of the cost of a new engine.

We have also alternative good quality brand Sampierana. This is an also Italian brand and dealer of Berco in Italy. They are manufacturing undercarriage parts since 1980. We have been working with them since 2013. We trust their high quality spare parts.
We also start to manufacture some of the spare parts for undercarriage under OHP brand. But it is pretty new so we have limited options. Please check out OHP Brand section what we have for now. If you don’t find it, send us an inquiery so we can check whether we can produce it or not.
